What are the prechecks for creating a new domain in R81.20 MDS CLuster ( Platform is VMWare)

We are currently in the process of planning to add a new domain to our existing MDS Cluster, along with new CMAs and loggers. Given the complexity of this operation, we wanted to check about what comprehensive pre-checks and preparatory steps we need to perform in advance. Our goal is to ensure that this would be a smooth and seamless activity, and that there would not be any unexpected hiccups or complications during the implementation process.
