WebConsole is not available and reinstalling package installation fails

Opening smartconsole URL results in error 

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Checked the installation logs

 - Machine's configuration is 'Security Management Server'

Tried restarting the container - is that "no such container error" expected behaviour?

Tried installing the WebSmartConsole package according to this manual

And it just throws out this error

I've got the same issue.
Changed default web ssl-port from 443 to 4434 and then when attempting to access the GAIA portal I get a http status 404 - Not found message:
"The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists"
This is on R81.10 with JHFA110.

I've raised a TAC case in the mean time
