SmartView error ref id 7862F065
When visiting SmartView through the browser, I got the following error: error ref id 7862F065
If I go to SmartConsole under Logs&Monitor in New Tab, I get this error: HTTP ERROR 500
Has anyone encountered a similar error?
I also noticed that it no longer shows me hits in the open Logs tab, although it does display logs. I tried with evstop/evstart.

I would like to share with you that R&D knows about this issue and will resolve it in the upcoming R81.20 JHF Take.
To get a HF before the new Jumbo is released, ask TAC for ReportingServer_HOTFIX_R81_20_JUMBO_HF_590_MAIN_GA_FULL.tar
Unfortunately, the HF has not been integrated into R81.20 JHF Take 89 as we can see in R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator -> List of All Resolved Issues and New Features in R81.20 Jumbo Hotf... , the fix "PMTR-107206 / PRJ-57421" has not been integrated yet.

Hm, looks right, so definitely something with smartview broken. Not sure brother, sorry. Maybe call TAC and see if they can diagnose it better via remote. I would recommend to run cpm doctor if you can and see if it gives any clues.

Yes, a month ago I updated from R81.20 Take 26 to Take 76. However, the issue appeared a few days ago.

Looking into it.
Can you share if you have SmartEvent on your environment? If so, dedicated server or on MGMT itself?
MGMT itself has other blades? such as compliance for example?

There were many fixes related to SmartView between these two JHF takes so testing it after the uninstall of JHF 76 would helpful, if that is something that you are able to check.

We have a CP ticket for a customer facing the same issue on R81.20 JT 79. First suggested solution attempt was:
- uninstall JT
- look if the issue is resolved
- if yes, install JT 84
This did not work for our customer, though...
