SmartView error ref id 7862F065

When visiting SmartView through the browser, I got the following error: error ref id 7862F065

Screenshot 2024-09-12 160828.png

If I go to SmartConsole under Logs&Monitor in New Tab, I get this error: HTTP ERROR 500

Screenshot 2024-09-12 160917.png

Has anyone encountered a similar error?

I also noticed that it no longer shows me hits in the open Logs tab, although it does display logs. I tried with evstop/evstart.

I check httpd2-smartview.conf but it looks fine. Also I try reboot, evstop/start and cpstop/start.

Hm, looks right, so definitely something with smartview broken. Not sure brother, sorry. Maybe call TAC and see if they can diagnose it better via remote. I would reocmmend to run cpm doctor if you can and see if it gives any clues.

Andy

[Expert@CP-MANAGEMENT:0]# cd /opt/CPsuite-R81.20/fw1/scripts/
[Expert@CP-MANAGEMENT:0]# ./run_cpmdoc.sh

Hi,

Can you share if you have done an operation that caused this? JHF/upgrade?

Kind regards, Amir Senn
