SmartView Web filter service port not working

Hi Mates,

I see this issue since ages and still present in R81.20 JHF T41 SmartView Web.
When I try to filter out the destination port via right click menu then it adds the string into the search field but this filter have no match. When I manually change the string service to d_port then the filter works.
Anyone else with the same issue?

Not sure if thats only that jumbo issue, but I tested in R81.20 jumbo 65 and 70 and R82 as well, no issue.

Are you sure you tested the SmartView in the Browser? Desktop App works fine.

100% on IE, mozilla, chrome, brave, opera, operagx...not sure what other browser i can test lol

This bugs me since ages now i made a post... but you already tested on newer JHF. Might be that CP own Software testers found it already.

Was just working on some palo alto stuff and tried it again, did 10 services, no issues

Tested jumno 65 and jumbo 70 on R81.20, all good

Nice - I see - filter shows "fservice".
I need to plan the next JHF upgrade asap 🙂

Yep! Thats why I upgrade to latest jumbos as soon as they are available in my cp labs, so all these things can be tested.

I think this is good enough proof its jumbo issue. I spun up brand new mgmt jumbo 41 and had exact same problem. I connected one gateway to it, upgraded to jumbo 65, issue went away.
