SmartConsole on R81.10 does not start with the error "An internal error occurred", SmartView («Unabe to connect to server»). R81.10 was installed from scratch. The problem does not occur immediately, the rollback to the snapshot helped
Which Jumbo hotfix take is installed and when you reverted the snapshot what did you go back to?
This happens at a random moment in time, after restoring the snapshot, they returned to the moment of installing Gaia. There are incomprehensible problems with the database in the logs.

This happens when you try to login with SmartConsole to the Security Management Server?
I have a similar experience after upgrading from R80.30 to R81.10 , I could connect through web UI SmartConsole though.
