Smart Console Package Repository
Hello,
I have Smart Console R81.10.
I have been tried upload to Package Repository Qauntum Spark (Gaia Embeded) image "CP1500_R81_10_05_996001301.tar".
I got error:
The package /var/log/PackageRepository/temp_folder_for_import/package/CP1500_R81_10_05_996001301.tar doesn't contain hf.config, therefore it is illegal.
My final goal is to upgarde Gaia Embeded via Smart Console.
Any suggestions what is the problem and how to fix it?

Which Jumbo take is applied to the management...
Does the md5/checksum of the package match?
Does the same issue occur with the R81.10.08 package?

I have the same issue just with a different version. My Quantum Spark is a 1400 series and my management is R81.20 latest JHF.
I want to upload CP1400_R77_20_87_990173160.tgz to the pacakge repository, but it fails with the error stated above.
Checksum is correct.
Have you found out what was the reason that it failed?

Not sure about smb, maybe someone from CP can confirm, but works fine for packages for regular Gaia devices.

It is not possible to upgrade SMB appliances via SmartConsole that are not capable of running R81.10.xx firmware.
This is documented in the R81.20 JHF:
