TAC tickets in ServiceNow ? Never heard of that at all. AI agents can be a shot into the knee as seen with recent Anysphere Cursor Support-Chatbot going hallucinating...

There are many ticketing systems used by Helpdesk teams. Possibly not the most popular, but SNOW is one of them. 

We are keeping this agent contained to specific use cases so I believe we can make it as accurate.
