R80.20 Management sync peer is busy

Hi guys,

today my mgmt reach out 2000% CPU by java process.

By the way we reboot the machine and after that do not synchronize with slave peer.

The info we get it is "failed to synchronize peer 'cp-dr' - cp-dr - Peer is busy"

Don't see any errors 

Already install policy and don't get better.  

Anyone have idea what could happen ?

After a while secondary manage recovers. No action needed. 

The support couldn't give more hint's about that once the issue was solved
