Permission Denied while login

Hi Guys, im a new in Checkpoint Firewall, I want to pull log data from smartconsole, but there appears an alert that I have to login with smartview (WebGui), well when I try to login, it says permission denied, I tried to access on a different site, site A (my laptop) access on site B (smartconsole server ip), but when my team logged in with the exact same credentials but on site B which is the same as the location of the smartconsole server IP, they could log in, is it because of the access list? because I checked the firewall all allow, and the trusted client on smartconsole is any any. Thanks ^^

If its any host allowed, then should work. Make sure rule allows it as well.

Are you able to login with SmartConsole but not with SmartView to the same machine?

Hey Tal,

Sounds like any host is already allowed from cpconfig.
