OPSEC object greyed out during Algotec integration

We are seeing below greyed out options in OPSEC object whilst following below procedure to enable data collection on SMS for Algosec:

It looks like the SmartConsole administrator account you are using to modify the OPSEC Application object doesn't have the permissions to do editing.

"The permission to manage administrators is required in order to modify the above properties"

R80.30 is End of Support and you should upgrade to a supported release.
Do believe @Nicholas_Cuba is correct, this is very likely a permissions issue with your admin user.
