general question:
Is there a option to export all (not first 50 records) the 7days / 30days logs to CSV file from Logs & Monitor pane?

You download the file on the machine running browser with SmartView.
After the export is completed you will be prompted to download the file.

It will export the part that is visible within your scrolled area, so when you set a filter and scroll down to the beginning of the filter output and then run your export, you will get the items that are in your display buffer in the exportfile.

Hi.
My customer wants to export 7 days of log to CSV.
smartcenter R80.20 jumbo 33. after installing fix sk148794 i am able to login.
export all logs (up to 1 million lines). sometimes works sometime not.
the problem is that when it works it generate an excel file of less then 30 minutes of logs !
customer has 15 firewalls on smartcenter. is there a way to really export 7 days of logs to several csv files ?
Thanks in advance
Aner.

As for "sometimes works sometimes not" customer should engage with the TAC.
When it does export, do you get a million log entries in that CSV file?
And why do they want 7 days worth of logs in a CSV file?
I suspect a better solution would be to use Log Exporter to continually export the logs to a syslog server or third party SIEM.
If you're just using a standard Linux machine as a syslog server, all the logs will be in ASCII text.

Hi PhoneBoy,
Do you know if there is another option in addition to Log Exporter? for example, consult these informations using an API.

From R80.40 JHF 78 you can do log queries via REST API.
