Log Exporter

Hi,

Is there any option to send specific rule logs to external syslog server?

The rule number can always change. 
If such functionality works, it would be by rule_uid, which is one of the fields exported via Log Exporter.
sk122323 doesn't list this as one of the fields you cannot filter by, so presumably you can do this (though I haven't personally tried).
Here's an easy way in SmartConsole to get the Rule UID of the relevant rule (right click on it):
