Install new SMS

hi guys,

my old SMS is broking, i want to install new SMS to manage my gateways in cluster, i don't have snapshot, but i can get the backup of SMS in december or november.

is it possible without snapshot ?

can I just install the new SMS in other VM, stop the old one, give the old IP to the New SMS, and import the backup after finish ?

Hi,

Are you using VSX? If so, did you make any changes to Virtual Systems like routes or interfaces after the mentioned backup was created?

When restoring this backup, the VSX database on the management and VSX cluster do not match anymore. This can cause issues when editting VS's in the future.
