How to solve leakage of information in certificates?

In regard to using  "correct" certificates for webbased actions on a MultiDomain Server I have an issue with how it is currently design.

There is 1 certificate for both the MDS and for each domain on it. In order to properly match it with SAN it means I sort of leak information I may not wish to share between administrators on the individual domains.

How can we address that issue on GAIA?

Hugo, could you please elaborate on what information you are trying to conceal? It is not exactly clear to me, and I read your post 3 times.

Not clear what you're referring to by webbased actions.
Again, more details would be helpful.

Having said that, if you're talking about changing what is in an ICA-generated certificate, it's very likely an RFE.
