Bug in R81.20 Smart Console build 671

I am a bit time poor and don't have time to create and follow up a TAC case.
Today I had to create a rule and I wanted the action to be reject instead of drop

Every time I did so, the console would crash. I have confirmed it occurs to other staff on different installations.  I haven't checked it on different versions. Just select "reject" and wait a few seconds

We’ve identified the issue (it does not even require the change to Reject - just opening the editor). It appears to be a degradation that can occur in versions of SmartConsole after build 663. A fix is expected in an upcoming JHF release.

Just tried in R82, did not have that problem, but in R81.20, absolutely was there.
