How to hide rules in policy
In previous versions, you could select a number of contiguous rules, then right-click and "hide" those rules while working in the policy. In R80.10, not seeing that functionality.

Hm, you're right, there is no "Hide" function.

Equivalent menu in R80.20:
I assume this is something we can add in a later release.
I suppose kind of a workaround would be to:
- Create a section title between the two rules
- Hide the top section

Hi,
Michael, can you please describe the use-case where you need to hide the rule?
When do you use it?

When working on a policy, if you have an object used in another rule and want to compare columns, etc.
One rule is like #37 the other is like #84. It's nice to "hide" 38-83 so you can compare the rules in question without all the scrolling, logging in with two sessions, screen capture, etc.
It's not used all the time, but when I want it, it's a nice feature.

It is a nice candidate for the new SmartConsole Extensions platform where you could create a web page that compare two given rules and integrate it as a tool inside SmartConsole
