Is it possible to reset hitcount for a rule on R80.10 via SmartDashboard ?
Don't believe you can do it just for a rule. You can disable hit count for one or more security gateways.

I believe it would be the same for R80.10 as for previous versions.
You can copy the rule, paste it just above/below the current rule, leave the new duplicated rule and delete the old one with hits, and install the policy, of course.
Nice one Aleksei
Yes, that method is the only one that I am aware of resetting the counter.
The only caveat is that the rule UUID will be changed. So if you are relying on anything that's using it, you probably should track the changes.
Hello,
question : if you perform a 'Hit Count Refresh', does it apply to all rules in that specific policy package where you launched it or does it apply to all rules in all policy packages present on your SMS ?
Thanks,
Vinz
