HealthCheck Point - Missing data

Hi,

I just run 'hcp -r all --include-charts yes --include-wts yes' on 3 different MGMT appliances (but same hardware/config).

It looks like that

- What's the story is not supported:  No events were found on this machine. The environment is either new or very stable 🙂

- One has empty charts, one has charts with values and one does have even have the chart frames.

- One report does show 'error' on the topology page while 2 others show objects

- Menu in the index file is in different order

Basically the question appears why the charts can't be read. Any tip ?

# hcp -v

As of today, healthcheck.sh does provide more accurate info for us.

hi, in the SK product headline is Quantum Security Management mentioned. I therefore assume Smart-1 is included. And an older hcp version was already installed.

It is true that Quantum Security Management is mentioned as the SMS has to have hcp installed to pull the reports from the GWs (!!!), but hcp does not provide a report for an SMS ! If you read sk171436 this will get clear - and in Dashboard you will never get an hcp report from SMS as the operation will time out as with any R77.x.x GW that also does not support hcp....
