Antivirus URL exclusion in Checkpoint r8040

I need to exclude several URLs by testing sites considered to have malware, according to my checkpoint it falls on URLs with Malware.
I have made exclusions at the antvirus and global level but the signature changes.
How can I do it, check attachments

Create a Custom Application/Site with the relevant URLs and add an exclusion to your Threat Prevention policy.

If you already create it but it has no effect, check the attached or what is wrong in the rule

From what I can see there are no logs, under the exclusion rule, but it does exist under the antivirus role.  check attachments

I would call support and do remote session, Im sure it can be fixed fast that way.
