Communication Issue with Domain Controller
Facing some issue where the domain controller disconnects which may or may not be the reason there is a communication problem. Below is the screenshots of the errors shown in SmartConsole.
- Connected to AD server successfully with domain admin credentials
- Permissions on DC already set
- AD query from gateway is working
- Setup: Microsoft windows server 2012 R2, Hosted on AWS EC2
- Gateway running on R80.3 with Gaia 3.10 hotfix (take 196) installed.

I'd start with some basic troubleshooting to see what you find: https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solut...

Hi @Justin
You will probably need to debug this flow to understand better the cause.
It can be done with "pdp d s all all" to enable pdp debug, and review $FWDIR/log/pdpd.elg files
(to disable the debug - "pdp d u all")
However, I have 2 suggestions:
1. Open ticket with TAC. It better to be investigated by them.
2. Why not using Identity Collector? read more in sk108235.
