This can happen if user authentication credentials are not cached. See Remote Access VPN Administration Guide R80.20 p,117ff and sk44073: Password caching with Endpoint Connect/Endpoint Security VPN for the details.

If you use Standalone client, not an EPSS, see R80.20 Dashboard > Global Properties > Remote Access > Allow caching of static passwords on client.

I think the "Allow caching" is another thing. sk44073 reads:

  • After rebooting or pressing disconnect and then connect, password caching does not work when using username and password as the authentication method.
  • However, when disconnecting and reconnecting the network cable, password caching does work and will reconnect when the cable is plugged in again.
  • The password is stored in memory. For security reasons, after you press disconnect and connect, it will not store the password.  Reboot will clear the memory, so the password is not cached.

You can use CAPI certificate as the authentication method and it will survive a reboot. If you use autoconnect with password caching, for example, the client will connect automatically after rebooting the computer.

So maybe it is the autoconnect...

I think you did not understand my question, My question is "When i connect my VPN Client at my home through my cellphone wifi and continuously worked 2 hours and then i moved to my office without disconnect the VPN Client and connect the office Lan Cable but VPN Client reconnects again without using any password , It should disconnect because i have changed the internet connection.

This Option is not selected: Allow caching of static passwords on clients.

Take a look at "Location Awareness" starting with sk43320 and then review the VPN admin guide for more info.

Hope this helps.
