Check Point Endpoint Security Client changes ip number of the Site

Hi

I have a problem that my Check Point Endpoint Security Client is changing the IP Address it want to connect to.

I create a new Site with the IP number that I want to connect to in the VPN client. Then I make a connection to that site and everything is working as expected and disconnect when finished.

The next time i wan to connect to the site the IP Address on the VPN Status page is the internal IP number of my GW and it is not possible to connect to the site.

I'm using 80.10 and on the client I have E80.65

I guess i have made a mistake in my configuration but i can not locate where.

The setup of the GW i did use the guide that is presented when activating the Mobiel Acess blade.

Could you share with us your trac.defaults and trac.config (off course please anonymize it!) on client side and your $FWDIR/conf/trac_client_1.ttm file?

Hi

I think I have solved the problem.

I edit the gateway object --> IPSec VPN --> Link Sellection

I did have Main address selected, and the main address is the one that did show up up vpn client after disconnection.

I have now changed it to " Selected address from topology table" to the one that the vpn client need for the connection.
