Adding interfaces to gateway on management server
Hi
I have added an IP address to an additional interface on a live gateway cluster R80.10, via Gaia.
When adding additional interface for a new DMZ on the Management server R80.20, Gateway cluster properties what is the best way to "get interfaces" "with or without topology"?
Hopefully not causing an outage.
Thanks

To not disrupt the existing settings on interfaces, just use Get Interfaces.

There are many people here that have had very bad experience with Get Interfaces with topology, messing up the way the intefaces were setup. So as Phoneboy says get them WithOUT topology. Another point here is that actually you don't need the topology when you have a single VLAN connected to it.
Even better from R80.20 (GW and Mgmt) on, you can use anti-spoofing based on routing for each interface.

Perfect. That's what I always do as well > manually defining the topology and keeping it consistent to the GAiA configuration.
