Secure Platform Virtual Image for Lab
Hello,
Can a Secure Platform OS be built in a lab environment? Looking to test BGP configurations on a Secure Platform OS that Secure Gateways in a Maestro deployment will be using.
Thank you

Are you really talking about Secure Platform as in the OS that predated Gaia?
Yes, you can run that in a VM, we used to do it all the time.
That said, I haven't tried it in modern versions of VMware.
You would configure the VM based on RHEL 5.

SP in Maestro context = Scalable Platform.
As of R81.10 there is parity with mainline, a single ISO is planned in future.

SP cannot be built in the VMware, as far as I know. IF you have concerns about dynamic routing, the best would be to address them with the local CP office.
