Hi Community,
After upgrading a MHO-140 from R81.20 Take 113 to R82 Take 43 I run into a strange issue:
When selecting 'Security Groups' in the left menu I get the following message and am logged out from Gaia.
"Your session is invalid or you have logged out. Click OK to reconnect."
This is a single site / multi room setup with two Orchestrators. First I upgraded both (one by one) Orchestrators to R82. This went without an issues and without downtime. The Gaia portal was working fine and I could select all items in the left menu. Customer was happy with the 'Ports' item showing us the front panel of a MHO-140 and the ports. A very nice feature.
Then I installed take 43 on both Orchestrators and this also was successfull. No issues and no downtime. The whole Maestro setup (Two Security Groups on R81.10) was working fine. No issues or errors in 'asg diag verify' and 'asg monitor'. And no traffic related issues where reported by the customer.
But when navigating through the Gaia web portal I noticed the 'Ports' item in the left menu was gone. And selecting 'Security Groups' gives the mentioned message and I am logged out of the web portal. This only happened AFTER installing take 43. On R82 without a hotfix, this all was working fine.
I checked SK180224 but this did not help me a lot. I am using a supported browser.
I have tried the following, but this did not help either.
- Used supported versions of Edge and Firefox.
- Used privacy mode in both browsers.
- Cleared cache and history in both browsers.
- Restarted my computer.
- Used another computer.
- Rebooted the Orchestrator.
- Restarted the web services.
- Check logs, but there was nothing relevant.
Customer has a large Check Point environment with many different products. MDM, SmartEvent, Maestro, ClusterXL and VSX Clusters. Most of them are on R82 Take 43 and the web portal is working fine there. Only the Orchestrators have this issue and only when selecting 'Security Groups'. And only After installing take 43. I can select any other item in the menu without any problem. And the missing 'Ports' item is strange.
Has anyone seen this issue before? If so, did you find a solution?
Regards,
Martijn
