We have an MSSP Infinity Account on which I have Primary Admin rights and I'm trying to add a colleague as Admin.
- I create an account
- The colleague receives the invitation
- The colleague receives a message telling 2FA is mandatory and a button requesting to send this to an admin so that would be me
- I get nothing
- The colleagues receives the mail for himself if the account is set to admin so it's a kind of loop
- I can't edit the phone number of the colleague in the Portal
- Disabling 2FA as a whole for the tenant doesn't change anything
- Deleting and recreating the colleague's account with different rights doesn't help
I must be missing something or do I need to contact TAC.
