ha management lab error

So for some reason in my lab, on the secondary server im not able to set it up, on trying to fetch the topology it shows "internal error, probably not enough memory" even though there i senough memory and cpu resources, also cannot enable any of the blades as it shows the following, look screenshots below-

fetch topoogy error.PNGError.PNG

So as you can see in the first pic the error, no idea why i get that and in the second pic under management i try to enable the policy management and that pop up appears as shown, reset sic multiple times to no effect, now how do i check it as secondary server? i mean i already selected it as secondary server during first time configuration so why does it ask me to do that? and how do i do that through cli if i must do it again anyways? Also why does the network security section appear (in the second pic) even though this is a management server (yes i did select it as seccurity management server during first time config!!) why is all this happening? why cant it let me configure HA in peace?????

Other details-

Laptop- Aero 15 classic - i7-9750h, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd , rtx 2070 mq

windows 10 build 18363

Running the topology on gns3 2.2.0 and vmware workstation pro 15.5.1 build-15018445

I will provide other details if needed.

For R80.30/R80.40 use 8 GB for SMS and 4 GB for gateways. This works in my LAB.

GNS3 need 4 GB (recommended 8G).

I'm using 4gb on my primary server that one worked without issues, why can't it work for the other one then?
And the versions are R80.20 for the servers.

So as you suggested i increased the ram of that server to 8gb and even tried 9gb and just as i thought it doesnt work and shows the same error, so im thinking it is probably some other issue, maybe an issue with the gns3 version im using or something else.

just upgraded gns3 to 2.2.5 which is the latest version and same issue still, looks like it wont work.
