Unable to login to SmartConsole

I have a Mgmt Server whose license expired yesterday..we are already in the process of procurement and license delivery is expected by end of this week. However from today my Smartconsole access is not working and it is giving me "Authentication to server failed" error..even the local admin account is giving the same error.

but CLI access works fine.. does licensing limits smartconsole access ? this is integrated with CISCO ISE via RADIUS protocol and i can see authentication successfull logs there but still i cant get into SC.

any help is appreciated.

Without a valid license, you will not be able to connect with SmartConsole.
While you wait for the permanent license, you can generate an evaluation license as shown here: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/General-Topics/How-to-Request-an-Evaluation-License-for-Security...

You need a valid license to login to the Security Management Server using SmartConsole.

This is the message that should be given:

Before anything else, make sure you have an evaluation license or a valid real license in place. If the error persists afterwards, write here again.
