Unable to establish the SIC(Outgoing Policy)

Dear Mates,

I have a cluster SMB Device 1800 series appliance running in version R81.10.15 (996003913) which is centrally managed by Management Server version R81.20.

As FW1 has connection lost with the Management Server and observed below.

- From the Smartconsole SIC Status "Uninitialized"
- Firewall is installed with Outgoing policy.

When I try to re-establish the SIC, I am unable to establish the SIC.

Try with the below process:

From WEBUI

- Unload the policy using fw unloadlocal command.
- Reset the SIC with new password.
- Try to connect with the Management Server, but failed to connect.

From Smartconsole.

- Reset The SIC.
- Enter with the new Password
- Initialize the SIC, but failed to connect.

Can please guide me?

What is the connectivity between the 1800 and MGMT does basic reachability work or no?
