Dear Team,
We have Cluster setup Firewall with OS version R81.10 enabled with Autonomous Threat Prevention Policy.
There is no Proxy server configured in the Environment.
We have observed a error "Error: Communication error: could not connect to cloud" in the Smart console.
As we referred the SKs - 95235 the Threat Emulation is not up-to-date as latest.
Even we configure Checkpoint software to upload and download data from the Checkpoint cloud as per sk111080.
We have check the connectivity between Firewall ,Management Server and Checkpoint cloud.
I have attached the screenshots for reference.
- What is Autonomous Threat prevention policy and how it works?
Please assist me on this issue.
