Supportcenter down or in a bad state?
I'm trying to open supportcenter.checkpoint.com and get either HTTP Error 504 or a plain HTML page telling me the site is down.
This happens periodically, though often enough, and since this is the primary resource for troubleshooting information regarding your products, this is quite annoying and sometimes critical.
The last hour I've been able to open articles twice.
Please allocate some resources to the SupportCenter/knowledge team to improve the site!

Site is working for me right now, however it does seem like there are transitory failures more often these days such as when I get a white screen "Service Unavailable" or "Error processing a template".
