SIP client calls drop after 10 minutes

Hi everyone, 


I have a little issue related to phone calls made by a SIP client called Desktop Control. The calls drop after 10 minutes.
I already have phones that works properly and have no issues.

The Gateway and MGMT are R80.40
The Sip proxy is external (cloud service). I've followed all the guidelines and tested them all,  but the issue persists.


Since the normal SIP phones are properly working, do any of you have experience about this topic ?

Is there any specific SK I can follow ? Or, are any deep analysis I can do in order to understand what going wrong?
