How we can access "My Subscriptions"? There is no such an option in Profile. So far only going directly to the link "https://support.checkpoint.com/my-subscriptions"
Within "support.checkpoint.com" it is mentioned:
Subscribe to all Alert articles or individual SK articles (click 'Subscribe' in the top right corner). Subscription per Product is being developed.
If there is no "Click Here" link, I have no idea that such feature is available.

Hey @PhoneBoy
read back a few pages, and you will see a rss feed was promissed in Q1
I have no idea why members of the community keep suggesting login into the supportportal and searching manually for sks.
It makes no sense and has already been discussed and debunked in this thread.
please make sure such a feed is provided.
and yes, if Check Point want to climb out of 1990 then maybe even provide this info through an API.
Thanks,
Henrik

Well at least I give an alternative, if it is not for you don't get all salty to my suggestions there is no need. Maybe you act more like a community as this is the purpose of the website. Instead of posting inrelevant stuff about the 1990's.
If you like this post please give a thumbs up(kudo)! 🙂

Unfortunately, that information turned out to be incorrect.
I understand the frustration as I was also using that RSS feed.

We are a relatively new Checkpoint customer and were very dissapointed to learn they have shutdown their RSS news feeds. We use RSS vendors news extensively to stay on top of industry and vendor threats and vulnerabilities .. Having to go look for this information in the press and on your KB/websites is very inconvenient for us - we have logged our objection with our account folks!

Hi community,
I'm sharing you a typical use case regarding security adsvisory.
Yesterday (7th Nov), Checkpoint has raised/updated a vulnerability thru a SK: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk182743
Despites the fact I have suscribed to security alert (see below), I didn't received any mail.
With the RSS feed old solution, I would have been informed as soon as the SK was raised or updated.
Hope its help to understand why we are disappointed to not have anymore RSS feed 🙂
Have a good day.
David

I noticed that the subscription mail is sent for articles for which you manually subscribed in the list. There is one summary mail sent every Sunday once any of subscribed article is modified/updated. it doesnt matter if subscribed article was modified on Monday, you will get that mail only on Sunday.
I got couple of mails related to "Security Alert", but the latest mail is from 21.07.2024 (related to sk182459).
No mails related to "Product Alert" at all.

Thanks for your answer.
Yeah, this is the issue, because, by definition we can't subscribe in advance to a SK article if it doesn't exist yet 🙂
If anyone has another solution to be informed about security CVE (clearly the use case I've described above), I think we'll be several to appreciate

What RSS feed are you using for that space?
The correct one should be: https://community.checkpoint.com/fyrhh23835/rss/board?board.id=products-blog
