New Support Portal

After a soft-launch back in February 2023, we have formally launched a new support portal!

This means https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com (and most links to there) should now redirect to https://support.checkpoint.com

It has a completely redesigned interface (mobile-friendly, even!) and should have significantly improved performance.

Some features are currently missing from the new portal:

• Subscription to SKs is expected to be added later this year.
• RSS support is not planned, but is currently available through the following URL: https://supportcenter.us.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/secureKnowledgeRss
• The old portal is available at: https://supportcenter.us.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal

Still cant see my favorites, but could be because I tried it on my phone.

While on the topic -  it would be nice if the favorites could be exported to a CSV-file or similar.

Just tried on desktop comp, favorites do show, but list is empty. If I go to old link @PhoneBoy  gave, all of them show fine.

Hello,

I also have something to complain 🤐

- sometimes the search field is missing - F5 needed
- human verification shows up too often
- actually i cannot sign in error 403

- overall it seems the support website is too much secured, like Fort Knox, obviously someone seems to be very afraid against smthng 🙄

I never seen that error so far, so dont want to jinx it lol. By the way, learned something new...cant believe I never heard of Fort Knox before and I was in Kentucky while back...o well, learn something new every day : - )

solved the 403 by deleting all cookies etc...

off topic @the_rock  so you then also haven't ever seen James Bond Goldfinger? tztztz 🤣

working for me just fine. Please try closing the browser and flashing cache and cookies, then try again. Do not forget to log in first
