Hit Count refresh not working

HI All,

 

When I click "Hit Count Refresh," it doesn't work. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
How can I resolve this?

 

Sorry, I may not have expressed myself clearly enough. I mainly want to ask if it is possible to reset the hit count to zero.

You can try install database and see if that works (from smart console menu). If not, I would do below sk. I did it once before in R81.10 and it did work, those versions listed dont show past R77.30
