First time vizard through CLI

Hi,

When I installed R77.30 Gateway and try to take First time vizard with WebUI but it is not opening due to some reason. Then I researched a bit and done it through CLI.

Below are the snaps which can showcase how we can achieve it with CLI.

These are the optins to configure first time vizard. We can create configuration file, template or string.

Configure string is the easiest way and we can give required parameters with value.
