Maestro Madness
Hello,
I need to deploy the Connect Control function in order to load balancing https traffic between servers using Logical server.
Can someone tell me if this possible and if it is recommanded to use it in production envirement.
It's possible, yes.
You would configure the Logical Server object as type Other.
The primary use case of Connect Control these days is for gateways are deployed in public cloud (e.g. CloudGuard Network Security (IaaS)).
thank you for your answer.
But does Checkpoint recommend using it?
According to sk31162, it is a legacy feature and is about to be deprecated. So no, I would look for an alternative here
it is clear , so checkpoint does not have any alternative for load balancing?
The alternative is to use third party and manage load balancing outside of your security policy
