Smart Event License Count

hey,

 

we currently have a management server with 10 GWs and have another smart event license for 5 GWs.

we dont plan on upgrading the license of the smart event to 10 GWs.

the question is how does the SmartEvent count the license for the GWs? is it counting it by the object configured on the Managment Server ? is it by the GWs it identify sending to him logs ?
