Question...what happens if you ONLY verify? Does it give same problem? Normally, just myself, if I ever encounter this, and fw got SIC and can curl_cli to random sites, I just reboot mgmt server, once comes back up, run watch -d $ FWDIR/scripts/./cpm_status.sh and when it says ready, log in smart console and then it works. Cant guarantee it would work for you, but worth checking. We can do remote later and see, if you are allowed to.
