I'm having trouble generating reports through the Smart Console.
No matter what report or dashboard I open, the data doesn't load, regardless of the selected period (last hour, 1 hour, 24 hours, etc.). I also tried accessing SmartView via the web and have the same problem.
I accessed the management and smartevent through the CLI and ran the 'api status' command, and I see that the processes are started.
Disk usage - ok
CPU usage - ok
Memory usage - ok
I can view the connection logs, so I don't believe it's a connection problem with receiving logs between the firewalls and the management.
Is there a Smart Console to solve this problem? I searched and couldn't find anything.
I await any help so I can troubleshoot.
Management is in version: R81.20 take 98
SmartEvent is in version: R81.20 take 113
Did you try installing database? cprestart, reboot of the mgmt server?

I installed the policy in the database without any errors, but the problem persists.
I didn't reboot because I was afraid of losing some data that could help with troubleshooting. But if there's no other way, I'll definitely have to do it, haha.

Personally, I would attempt either cprestart or evstop; evstart or reboot on SE server, but if no joy, then definitely follow sk Chris suggested, as it seems relevant, for sure.
I have dedicated SE server in the lab, so can easily test this. Btw, your attachments are showing virus scan in progress, so cant open them yet.

I know it's not ideal, but I guarantee it's not a virus.
Maybe easy thing to try would be evstop; evstart.
I meant, do that on SE server.
Consider seeing if the issue persists after applying JHF T101 (or higher) to the management for sk181209.
Definitely could be relevant.
