after restart - unable to login to web management and smartendpoint.All endpoint client disconnected

Hello,

After restarting the Harmony Endpoint Management Server, I am unable to log in to the web management. When I enter the username and password, nothing happens. Additionally, I cannot access SmartEndpoint, and all endpoint clients are disconnected.

Hello,

does the server reply to a ping or an ssh request?

Yes of course. I can ping, log in to smart console, Gaia portal and SSH.

Hi,
did you check 
sk103072
especially did you check if the EPM is running

  • Output of 'cpwd_admin list' command on Endpoint Security Management Server shows the state of the 'EPM' process as "T" (terminated).

I did not check sk103072 but I don't know if it make sense because EPM is established

Hi,

I would reboot the manager one more time.

 

If that does not help I would open a case with TAC.

I have already rebooted twice... but It doesn't help...

Definitely contact TAC, it seems like a pretty serious problem.
