Uninstall of CP EP Security windows client reports Error 26824 - Antimalware is in inconsistent st.

On the customers computer I cannot uninstall the client.
It shows the error on the screenshot wich I provided.
I already tryed: rebooting, safe mode, push through portal.checkpoint.com, upgrading with newer client....
I have the right uninstall password, so the password is not the issue.
