Remote Access VPN automatically disconnects

I'm currently using version 88.30. I can connect via Remote Access VPN, but shortly after, it disconnects, and I'm unable to reconnect. I can only connect when I recreate the site, but it will only disconnect.

Is this limited to a single client, or to all clients on that website?

Check the GW logs to see what the actual error is.

Which client OS?

If Win 11 24H2 recommend moving to E88.62 or above.

There are several causes for this, some of which involve tunnel test packets not being handled correctly.  Check these:

Does it affect all users? Have you tried E89 client?

We had the same issue after a windows 11 update. Also some of our external partners have the same issue. Vpn Disconnects and the network card crashes.They need to restart the machine. 
We download  Check Point Capsule VPN from Windows Store and connect from there. It works
Τhe latest version from Remote Access VPN have problem to some of our partners. 
With latest version of Endpoint Harmony our users don't have problem.
