Issue with EDR Server Connection After License Update
Dear Team,
I previously installed an EDR Management Server and successfully deployed both Linux and Windows agents on the respective machines, with the systems connected to the server about a month ago.
However, upon attempting to reconnect to the server, I encountered an issue stating that the license had expired. In response, I added the Evolution license to the server and subsequently reinstalled the Linux and Windows agents on their respective machines. Despite these actions, the machines are still not connecting to the EDR Server.
Below is the relevant output from the Linux machine:
cpla info
CPLA version: 1.20.8
Operating system: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5
Management server URL: 192.168.201.25
Connection status: Disconnected - Invalid License
Enabled engines:
Anti Malware: Installed
Anti Ransomware: Installed
Threat Hunting: Installed
Behavioral Guard: Installed
I have also attached screenshots for your reference.
Could you please advise on the type of license required to resolve this issue and successfully reconnect the machines to the EDR Server?

All-In-One Eval is not appropriate here - you also need a Harmony license, e.g. Harmony Complete, see here:

I would say if reboot does not do anything, probably best to contact Account services to verify. They open Monday at 7 am CST.

It's not clear what license was installed first and what license you installed after.
A cplic print from the management server (redact sensitive details) should show us both.

The license was Default Initial Trail license when I installed the lab, later I attached the All-In-One Evolution license for the lab.
