How do I modifiy the existing endpoint client to connect to new EPM?

Hi Team,

We had a on-premise EPM server version R81.10 and around 1500+ clients were connected to it. Unfortunately last weekend we had incident and our storage is completely crashed which had a backup stored as well along with EPM server.

Wondering what options do we have now?

Since now we do not have any backup or old server; can we install new server and allow to client to talk to new EPM Server and modify the policy later on?

TIA

Blason R

You might want to look into the Reconnect Utility tool mentioned in this SK, which should address your needs.
You can build a new EPM server and create a reconnect tool based on it.

What is Reconnect utility for Endpoint Security Client?

Note there will be some limitations if you are currently using FDE/ME on clients.
