Connect EPM agent from one EPM server to another

Hi Team,

I have EPM server where there are around 250+ agents are already connected and customer asked me to setup one more epm server for other location for same customer. So out of those 250 users I want 110 users to be diverted to this new EPM server. Is this possible or do I need to install new EPM server, uninstall agents from those 110 users and install agent from that new EPM server on those 110 users?
