Cannot reset/delete/terminate an asset in Infiniti Portal (Harmony Endpoint)

Hello all,

We are running an evaluation of Harmony Endpoint. On March 1st one of the endpoints started showing its status as disconnected, and its asset record in the Infiniti Portal became grey.

We were able to revive the endpoint, but the old record is still present in the portal. When I try to reset / delete or terminate it to free up the license, I am getting an error message - see screenshot.

1. What could cause this? The endpoint ran happily for a few days, and then this happened, not a great thing to identify during an evaluation

2. I realize I may need to open a TAC request to remove the asset, is there something I could do myself?

I know once customer had same issue and turned out to be blade related, just cant recall which one.
