Harmony Email & Collaboration White Screen

Good morning from Argentina, it's really hot here!
I want to log in to Harmony Email & Collaboration and I've been seeing a white screen for several days now.
It's worth noting that I don't have the application connected to AD.
What could it be? A permissions or roles issue? Could it be that the partner has blocked my access?

Have you tried the usual clear cache & cookies, tried incognito mode etc?

I logged in from a freshly installed Firefox and was able to log in.
Can my partner restrict access to certain applications?
Not all partners are good.

Yes the infinity portal provides the ability to differentiate privileges between services hosted therein.

I cannot say if this would be related or not but have seen similar in the past from users trying to access via Zscaler etc

not the same browser, had the same experience though. 

I experienced the same behaviour with Safari on macOS (from the looks of your screenshot, you're on a Windows native browser) - en for me this was solved by disabling the "Prevent cross-site tracking" in Safari > Settings > Privacy: Website tracking

please note that disabling this feature is not limited to the one website - it is disabled for the browser entirely.
