Cloud Demo Server Inaccessible

Hi,

 

I am unable to access the CP demo server using SmartConsole R81 and R81.10.

Anyone else having trouble with this? And how did you resolve? Attached is the error I'm getting.

 

(An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://demospt2pbrlib.mgmt.cloud:19009/cpmws/LoginSvcRemote?wsdl. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.)

I had an issue yesterday, but worked this morning.

I'm still experiencing it till now in the following versions: R80.40, R81 and R81.10.
Not sure if it has to do with my IP or CP severs near my location.

hi @Osvaldo , regardless of the region, the demo should work. It might be something with a PC. Try a different machine to verify it is not an isolated issue.

Hi Admin,

 

Thank you. I found the problem and fixed it. At the site I was testing from, my Checkpoint was blocking the Demo traffic.
